Kaia Kelly grew up helping with her family’s real estate business. Over the years, she has learned the details of buying, selling, investing, and property management. As soon as she could, Kaia obtained her real estate license and began working under her grandfather’s tutelage.

     Her goal is to help her clients find their dream home by providing a seamless, clear, calm and comfortable experience. Kaia values relationships and provides her clients the highest level of service, transparency, and professionalism.

     Born and raised in Los Angeles, Joanne is an avid learner and believes in the power of education. Alongside real estate, she has earned her FINRA Series 6, 63, NMLS, and California Life & Health Insurance licenses and is a practicing Notary Public.

     Equally a lover of art and culture, Joanne also sings, writes music and is a world traveler – always up for the next adventure. Her passion, empathy and creativity give her a natural ability to interact with people on a personal level.
